Ordered a 12 piece family meal with 2 large sides, and the cost and wait were both less than you would expect at a fast food chain. Home cooking style fried chicken, crispy and juicy with homemade baked mac and cheese. Delicious!

Great place to eat some really good chicken. I recommend the wing box with onion rings and fried okra. Enough food for two people for around 8 bucks. Workers here are always friendly and helpful. They also have really good ranch dressing. Parking is easy and they keep the place clean. Chicken strips are also excellent. Good French fries and hamburgers. Very large menu with just about anything you want.

This use to be a 5 star every meal, now it is getting to where it is every other. Check your sides before you leave. I called back because the broccoli casserole was sour and had a vinegar taste, they said it was fresh. I think it was sitting out all day.

I was looking for the best fried chicken livers in the area. This chicken king currently is at the top. The amount of food, quality of the food and the taste are great.

Was not impressed. The catfish & shrimp were hot & fresh, but oh so greasy. My macaroni n' cheese was cold. You order at the counter, fix your own drink, they bring your food to the table. If you need or want anything, you have to go to counter to ask for it. I left an almost $5 tip for what? Won't be back.

Always great food and service. Best fried chicken around. Always fresh prepared when you order. Fried fish and chicken parmigiana are two more of my favorites. Shucks everything they have is pretty darn good.

We ordered off the specials board and were pleasantly surprised at how much we got on our catfish plate and calabash shrimp and flounder plate. Each came with hush puppies, and there seemed to be a small upcharge to sub other sides for fries and coleslaw, but worth it. We got green beans, okra and fried squash. The squash came in big thick pieces, crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. They've got a few small tables for 2 outside in front.

The food is normally okay. However, you will get occasional bad food. The last visit the mashed potatoes were very similar to quikrete. The services usually pretty good though and the people working there are very friendly.
